Prices

Minimum rental is 4 days

69 Euros per day for two persons. A third person is 10 Euros per day.

For one week or longer:

62 Euros per day for 2 persons. A third person is 8 Euros per day.

For one month or longer:

52 Euros per day for 2 persons. A third person is free.

Final cleaning:

40 Euros for stay under one month / 80 Euros for one month or more.

Included in the rental price:

cleaning service every two weeks. Weekly is also possible on request

bed clothes 

hand and bath towels

drying and cleaning towels

starter set: cleaning material, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

Security deposit

For rentals of one month or more there is a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.  This ist to be paid in advance together with the first month’s rent.
